  P. 666: Jacob Hunt, on the 17th of June, 1757, made his last will and testament; and thereby, in case his daughter Helena should die without issue, instructed his Executor to sell such real estate as he had given his sd daughter Helena; and whereas Jacob Hunt died about the 4th of Nov. last, and the sd Helena after the death of her father also deceased; the Executors sold on June 91 1759, 55 a.; a part of which land was heretofore granted unto Josiah Hunt, father of sd. Jacob Hunt, by the Trustees of Westchester, by deed of 1704; and a part of which land was granted to sd. Josiah Hunt by John Hunt, dec'd. on Mch. 5, 1706.
  P. 671: William Hooker Smith of White Plains, Parish of Rye, to James Brown of Cortlandt Manor; mortgaged Apr. 7, 1767. Deed witnessed b Thomas Smith and Sarah Smith. When acknowledging same, Thomas Smit stated that he saw Sarah Smith, daughter of William Hooker Smith, witness the same.

  P. 695: Samuel Brown, eldest son and heir at law unto father Samuel Brown of Rye, late dec'd., intestate; to youngest brother Andrew Brown, the greater part of land in Cortlandt Manor which one father bought in 1743; land bordering on that of Hachaliah Brown; 1,000 a. Apr. 27, 1762. Ann Brown, wife of sd Samuel Brown signed, giving her consent to same, in 1767.
