I collected this census data for a family migration project that is on this site in the 1990's in 1841 and 1851 there were only farms in the area of Weetslade that I was researching so I collected the data from the farms by 1861 the Colliery had been sunk and the village that grew around it was called Dudley to the best of my knowledge I collected all families living in the village at that time. The 1871 data is not complete it is mostly Irish families and families that had women who had employment shown in the Occupation column. As the census is hand written and on microfiche and given the time I had to collect it there could be omissions or mistakes but to the best of my knowledge the names and data are correct.
