J. W. CURRY J. W. Curry , a farmer near Pharisburg, was born in Jerome Township, Union County, Ohio, March 13, 1847. He is a son of Stephenson and Sarah D. (Robinson) Curry, both natives of Ohio. Our subject received the schooling usually afforded farm boys, and early attached himself to the work of a farmer, which he followed through his minority. On December 19, 1872, he married Jennie Cook, a daughter of John A. and Barbara (Tanner) Cook, the former a native of Kentucky, and the latter of Ohio. Mr. Curry is a Democrat in politics, and by occupation a farmer. For five years he was a resident of Richwood, but has since taken up his abode in Leesburg Township.
