SAMUEL MILLIGAN
Samuel Milligan, a brother of the above,
married a Miss Van Wye after settling in this township. He
located on the same tract of land with his brother William, where he
resided till his death. He and his wife had no issue. Mr.
Milligan was a man of excellent character and much esteemed by all who
know him.
