Cathy writes, E-MAIL My Great Granddad, James Connelly/Conley, born Ireland 1816-1820,worked for the RR in Springfield for many years, but I believe he was farming by 1880. He was in Central twp (St. Clair) in 1860, and in Jackson twp, Greene Co, by 1870. I think this photo was maybe taken in the 1920s or teens., by my grandfather, James Maurice Connelly- known as "Mick" at the yard. He died in 1935, in Springfield.
