This site contains contact information for Vermont clerks, courts, libraries
and state and private agencies. Geography, population, maps, cemeteries,
history, census, county pages, books and "how to" tips are also included.
Two of Vermont's most popular attractions: the State House with its golden dome and fall foliage.


This is an extensive site which is going to get bigger, so please read the following so you have a better understand on how to access the information you are looking for. You have several options by which
you can navigate through this site.
  Vermont Genealogy Resources has been organized as if it were a book, complete with an index.

  You can link from page-to-page through this site as you would read a book, by clicking on the left or right arrows at the top and bottom of each page.

  You can go right to the specific pages you are interested in, by using the links in the Table of Contents on the Directory page.

  The Index works just like an index in a book, except that it uses links instead of page numbers.

  At the bottom of the page you will find links to the Directory, Maps (a list of all the maps and map links on this site) and Index pages to help you quickly navagate through the site. There is also a link to the Site Map.
  Click these arrows to go Back (previous page) and to go to the Next page  as if you were thumbing through the pages of a book.
  Click this arrow  to go Down (bottom of page) or this one  to go Up (top of page).
