The list below does not show any of the Vears/Viers in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England (and surrounding towns and the adjoining counties) which have many of the necessary elements for deep research in finding the origin of the Viers line prior to going to Maryland. The patriarch of the family may be Job Vears who died in 1672 and three of his sons came to America in 1677.

| In appreciation to Viers visitors, I found this website that does a free search for unclaimed property. Searching with the keyword "VIERS" brings up a number of pages of Viers who have unclaimed property being held for them by a state, federal government or other source. Two VIERS on the list have $1,100+ and $1,300+ coming back to them. All that is required is to register at this site, get a password and then do a search on the VIERS name (or alternate spellings). A list will appear. It will indicate the last known street address or box # of the individual listed. Click on the name listed and it will bring up a box telling where the unclaimed money is. Make a contact with the place holding the money and file your claim. This is supposed to be a free service. Never pay a fee to find this information, or to have some service charge you in order to identify the source where the unclaimed property is located.
