21-Day Cranberry Wine

1 Sterilized gallon jug 1 - 10¢ balloon 1 quart cranberry juice 1 - 32 ounce bottle Welch's grape juice 4 cups sugar 1/4 teaspoon granulated yeast - mix some with distilled water 4 cups distilled water | |
Cover bottle opening with 10¢ balloon. Let mixture stand 21 days until the balloon collapses. The mixture may then be bottled. | |
