Guardian was Noah A. SHAFER; trustee was L.P.W. BALCH;
on 29 Aug 1832, sale made to Jacob MUMMA at $161, subject
to the widow's dower rights. It was discovered 35 acres
had been sold off before Jacob's death, leaving 105 acres.
Each 1/4 share was $11.93; finalized 31 Jan 1833.

Jacob married Susannah SCHROYER,¹ daughter of Heinrich H. SCHROYER and Mary Magdalena LUDY, DEC 13, 1817 in Frederick Co., MD.¹ Susannah was born between 1791 and 1794 in Maryland,^{¹^,4^,5} was christened in St. Johns Evangelical Church, Littlestown, Adams Co., PA, died AUG 6, 1881,^{¹^,6} and was buried in Pleasant Walk United Methodist Cemetery, near Wolfsville, Frederick Co., MD.
