Augusta JohansonPop-up Pedigree Note*: Augusta Lena (nee Johnson) and John Pearson were married on the 11th ofApril, 1884 and had seven children by this marriage, Augusta was theonly born to John and Anna Lena (nee Lovisa) Johnson, who immigrated fromSweden in 1881, locating at Jewel City, Kansas. Mr. Johnson died and isburied there. His widow and children moved to the Black Hills settling inSpearfish. In later years Mrs Johnson made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Pearson,passing away in 1900 at the age of seventy-seven years. She is buried inthe Pearson family cemetery just two years after the death of herdaughter.
