Robert Thompson was born on 19 March 1821 at Donegal, Ireland; b'date from 1901 census, Musquash, Saint John County. He was the son of Robert Thompson and Amelia Miller. Robert Thompson married Mabel Belding, daughter of David Belding and Jane Thomas, on 3 May 1847 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick; by Rev. R. Irvine.¹ Robert Thompson married Sarah Ann Wenn in 1866. Robert Thompson died on 19 November 1902 at Saint John Co, New Brunswick, at age 81.² He was buried at Baptist Cemetery, So. Musquash, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.
