In the Matter of Jackson Quisenberry Estate, HZ Quisenberry says that to, the best of his knowledge and belief, the names of the heirs of the said Jackson Quisenberry deceased, and their places of residence, are respectively as follows:
James Quisenberry, who resides in the County of Pettis in the State of Missouri: Sarah White, in the County of Bates in the State of Missouri; HZ Quisenberry, in the County of Pettis in the State of Missouri; Fanny E. Williams, in the County of Bates in the State of Missouri; Wm Quisenberry, in the County of Pettis in the State of Missouri; Mary S. Tucker, in the County of Bates in the State of Missouri; Henry C. Quisenberry, in the County of Pettis in the State of Missouri; also the heirs of Jackson T. Quisenberry as follows to wit: Fanny, L Meadows, George & Lilly, in the County of Clay in the State of Missouri; that the said Jackson Quisenberry died without a will; that he will make a perfect inventory of, and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
