In the name of God, Amen, I Henry Willsey of the towne of Bern in the County of Albany & State of New York, being weak in body but of sound & perfect mind & memory, blessed be God for the same, Do make & publish this my last will & terstament, in manner & form following, that is to say, First I will & order that my wife Elizabeth Willsey have the use of all my estate both real & personal during her natural life, or so long as she shall remain my widow, I further will & order that my youngest son, Isaac Willsey shall pay & discharge all my lawful & honest debts excepting the back rents due Stephen Maul Renpelan proprietor of the soil, & of said rents, the said Isaac shall pay the one half & fifteen dollars more, & that my son Abraham Willsey pay all the rest of rents due on my real estate, I further will that my youngest son Isaac Willsey shall have the certain piece of land bounded as follows: beginning at the south east corner of the cider house at the arm of water, & running thence southward along said arm of water to the original south line of said of arm, thence easterly along the south line of said arm to the highway, thence along said highway to the place of beginning containing about six acres of land and to be the same more or less, and after my decease and decease of my wife the said Isaac Willsey shall have all my personal property and shall pay the several sums to his four sisters herein after mentioned.
