Being in sound mind and memory and understanding, do make and establish this present writing to be my last will and testament in form following - - - to wit - - -
Continues - - - 1st - - - I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret Willsey in the whole control of fifty one acres being the west half of forficture no. 2 in section two, town one, range one, in the Miami purchase, during her natural life and remains unmarried. If she should marry she still holds one third of the profits. In and at her decease I give and bequeath the aforesaid fifty one acres unto my son Isaac Willsey, free of all encumbrance - - - also unto Margaret, my wife, I give and bequeath two good cows, six hogs, six sheep, twelve geese and half of my household furniture which furniture is to be divided between my wife and my daughter Phebe Willsey - - -
Item 2nd, I give and bequeath unto my son John Willsey sixty acres of land purchased by my son John and myself of David Hunt, exr of Alizah Hunt, decd.

Item 6th, I give and bequeath unto my grandson Henry Willsey, son of my son John Willsey, one mare colt, which is now eighteen months old.
Item 7th, I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, John Willsey to be my executor of this my last will and testament.
