John Snook in November 1819. Eunice Penn(e)y died on 17 April 1839 at Philipstown, New York, at age 51.

Mary Jane Towner. Fannie N. Penn(e)y was buried at Patterson Baptist Cemetery, Towners, Putnam, NY. She died in 1915.
