Know all Men by these presents, that we [Jus]tin Benuex, Remson C Alston [...] in the just and penal sum of [...] Dollars for the payment whereof well and truly to [...] , executors and administrators firmly by these presents. Witness our hands at Ozark this 17th day of March AD 1846

The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden
Justin Beneux administrator of all and singular goods and chattels, rights and credits of Thomas Booth deceased shall make, or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased which have or may come to the hands, possession, or knowledge of him the said Justin Beneux or into the hands or possession of any other person for him and the same so made, shall return and exhibit in the office of the Clerk of the Court of Probate for the county of Franklin within sixty days from the date of the above obligation; and all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, of the deceased which shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of the said Justin Beneux

I Justin Beneux do hereby state from the best of my knowledge and belief that the personal estate of Thomas Booth dec'd is worth about one hundred and fifty dollars. That the said Booth died leaving his widdow [sic] and seven children (to wit Eliza Eppler, Reliance James, Looney A Booth, Permelia Ragsdale, Harmon Lee Booth, Melinda Hamilton and Preston Riley Booth his only heirs who all live in this state with the exception of Reliance James who lives in the state of Missouri. That said deceased died without a will that I will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of the deceased and pay his debts as fair as the assets which come to my hands will extend and the law direct. And that I will account for and pay over according to law all assets which shall come to my hands or persession [?] on into the hands an persession of any person for me the 17th day of March AD 1846.
