Pauline Waring HERRICK, Nurse

Pauline Waring Herrick.

This is the story of Nurse Pauline Waring HERRICK who was stationed in Paris and Brest, France in 1918-19 as a member of the YMCA Relief Commission.

She was born and raised in Cleveland, OH, the daughter of a Union Civil War Colonel and Ohio State Senator (Col. John Frank Herrick), worked in Cleveland after WWI, had a beautiful singing voice, and never married. She died in 1935 at the young age of 54 years.
