William (Bill) Worth passed away on May 18, 2002 at his residence in Clarksville, Tennessee.

William Worth

William Myron Worth, 73, of Clarksville, died Saturday, May 18, 2002, at his residence.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 11a.m. at Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with the Rev. Phillip Dillingham officiating.
Visitation will be Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home
He was born July 25, 1928, in Syracus, N.Y., the son of John Worth and Venitah King Worth.
He worked in security at the Army commissary and served in the Merchant Marines and the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Worth was a member of S.A.R/Bowler with Senior CItizens.


He is survived by his wife, Barbara Youngs Worth; five sons, David Arthur Worth, Clarksville; Donald Clinton Worth, Cumberland Furnace; James Myron Worth, Nashville; John Benjamine Worth, Nashville and Robert William Worth, Lewisburg; a brother, John Worth, Oriskany, N.Y.; three sisters, Martha Worth Brock, Marysville, Mi., Elizabeth Worth Cottrell, Clearwater, Fla.; and Virginia Worth Price, Tempe, Ariz.; 13 grandchildren; and seven great grand children.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
Memorials may be made to Hospice or other charities.
