The Register Book of Oxenton For ye Entry of all Burials & of all Afidavits concerning ye manner of such Interrments &c according to an Act of Parliament made in ye thirtieth year of King Charles ye Second entitled An Act for Burying in Woollen.

 

These are to Certifie whom it doth concern yt Hanna Straford of ye Parish of Oxenton made oath that William Dark of Oxenton in ye County of Gloucester lately deceased was not put in wrapt wound up or Buried in any thing save wt was made up of sheeps wooll according to an Act or Acts of Parliamt in yt case made or provided
