Part of the Parish of Wimbledon.
All that North part of Wimbledon beginning at J.A.Beaumont Esqr at Wimbledon
Park thence along the North side of Church Street, the North side of the
Village; the Mason Estate, along the Park wall of Wimbledon House (H.W
Peek Esq MP) on the London Road to the Windmill on the Common; thence to
Bigden Bottom taking in Heathfield B; thence to the Boundary Post in Wimbledon
Park and along the Carriage Road to J .A.Beaumont Esq.
a. Wimbledon Park House together with Stables etc and Gardener's Cottage,
East of Churchyard; Lodge, South West of [?????] Lodge, North West of Churchyard;
and Gardener's [Cottage ????] of Churchyard.
b. Including Somerset Road, Dairy Walk or Path, Durham Road, the Lodge
on the North East shore of the Lake known as Lake Lodge together with all
Houses, Farm Buildings etc situated in Wimbledon Park within the Parish
of Wimbledon excepting only such Buildings as may be comprised in District
No (blank) and referred to in the description of such District.

Along the south of the Villiage, to Mr Wallis the Baker thence down the

terrace to Mrr Casswell, thence by Iron Mills Lane to Devils Gape the part
North of J.A.Beaumont Esq back to Belvedere House.
This Sub District is wholly within the Limits of the Wimbledon Local Board.

Causeway, near H.W.Peek Esq MP Lodge west to the Almshouse Lane, along
the South sides of it to the Bottom of the Garden at J.Boustead Esq, then
South to the Ridgway Lane, near the Late Duke of Wellingtons, taking in
Byde's Gate, and along the North side of the Ridgway, taking in Ridgway
Paddock, thence northward back to the corner of the Lingfield Road.
