ED 1         EcD   St Mary                   Folios  5a-22a            851 persons

Part of the Parish of Wimbledon.

All that North part of Wimbledon beginning at J.A.Beaumont Esqr at Wimbledon Park thence along the North side of Church Street, the North side of the Village; the Mason Estate, along the Park wall of Wimbledon House (H.W Peek Esq MP) on the London Road to the Windmill on the Common; thence to Bigden Bottom taking in Heathfield B; thence to the Boundary Post in Wimbledon Park and along the Carriage Road to J .A.Beaumont Esq.

a. Wimbledon Park House together with Stables etc and Gardener's Cottage, East of Churchyard; Lodge, South West of [?????] Lodge, North West of Churchyard; and Gardener's [Cottage ????] of Churchyard.

b. Including Somerset Road, Dairy Walk or Path, Durham Road, the Lodge on the North East shore of the Lake known as Lake Lodge together with all Houses, Farm Buildings etc situated in Wimbledon Park within the Parish of Wimbledon excepting only such Buildings as may be comprised in District No (blank) and referred to in the description of such District.

All that part of Wimbledon beginning at Belvedere House, along the South side of Church Street to Mr James Standen Baker No 1 The Terrace.
Along the south of the Villiage, to Mr Wallis the Baker thence down the Lingfield Rd Homefield Road & Terrace to Mr Quinton thence Homefield terrace to Mrr Casswell, thence by Iron Mills Lane to Devils Gape the part North of J.A.Beaumont Esq back to Belvedere House.

This Sub District is wholly within the Limits of the Wimbledon Local Board.

All that part of Wimbledon, from the corner of the Lingfield Road, to the Causeway, near H.W.Peek Esq MP Lodge west to the Almshouse Lane, along the South sides of it to the Bottom of the Garden at J.Boustead Esq, then South to the Ridgway Lane, near the Late Duke of Wellingtons, taking in Byde's Gate, and along the North side of the Ridgway, taking in Ridgway Paddock, thence northward back to the corner of the Lingfield Road.


ED 4                         EcD  St Mary                    Folios  64a-70a               300 persons

All that North and West part of Wimbledon Causeway near the Lodge of H.W.Peek Esq MP. Along the London Road to the south of the Windmill down to the Boundary at the south of Newlands Farm thence Westward to Beverly Lane South to Mill Corner Lane thence Eastward skirting Broomfield Wood to near the Late Duke of Wellingtons Northward by the Back of the Garden of J.Boustead Esqr & along the right side of Almshouse Lane Back to the Causway.

This Sub District is wholly within the Limits of the Wimbledon Local Board.

All that South and West Part of Wimbledon beginning by the Gate of the Late Duke of Wellingtons, along the North of Bloomfield Wood to Mill Corner, thence South to Combe Bridge, Eastwards along Combe Lane past the Bridle Road Lodge to the House known Plowman's [McMerten's Rush] then North to the East side of Crofts Cottages in the Ridgeway & Westwards back to the Gate by the Late Duke of Wellingtons

All that South & West Part of Wimbledon beginning at the King of Denmark Beer House Along the North of the Railway & Cottenham Park to Combe Bridge, Eastwards to the Railway Junction & the House known as Plowman's [McMerten? Rush], & Henfield Villas, North to the East side Thornton Hill & Crofts Cottages'
