in a Valley as I call it with a nice Brook or running water by the
road side it has some nice neat cottages more recently erected
and an old Ivory Church But in ruin it is often
visited by strangers in the Summer Season

1412 A of land belonging to various owner and is About a mile wide
and a half long and about 3 quarters of a mile broad The Church
