Hello, just offering some insight.. like Al Chinn said, 'Jin' probably means Gold and is a Chinese surname. 'Ai' has many meanings depending on which word, one of the words which is commonly used in female names is actually the name of a type of plant. 'Ling' is commonly used in female names because it means beautiful.
