Daniel Northrup was born on 7 August 1664 in New Haven, New Haven County, Connecticut.1,2 He was the son of Joseph Northrup and Mary Norton.3 Daniel married Sarah Houghton, daughter of Robert Haughton and Sarah Phippen, circa 1687 in Milford, New Haven County, Connecticut.4,5 Daniel and Sarah had at least 11 children. These children are Jabez, Daniel, David, Gamaliel, Ebenezer, Joel, Jonah, Mehitable, Nathan, Robert and Sarah.6 Daniel died circa 1728 in Ridgefield, Fairfield County, Connecticut.7,8 He was about 64 years old.
