Lillian Milslagle was born in May 1888 in West Virginia.1
She was the daughter of John W. Milslagle and Letha (?).1
Lillian, with her parents and siblings, moved from West Virginia to Waterport, Allegany County, Maryland sometime between 1888 and 1900. Waterport appears to be outside Cumberland which is on the West Virginia/Maryland border.1
Lillian, age 12, was enumerated in the household of her parents on the 1900 Federal Census in Waterport, Allegany County, Maryland. She has been attending school for 9 months.1
