Thomas Pratt was born before 1765.²
Thomas was enumerated on the 1810 census for Middlefield, Otsego County, New York as T. Pratt, aged between 16 and 25 years old. I have not been able to identify these people that were also enumerated with him: two males between 10 and 15 years old; one female between 16 and 25 years old; and one female over 45 years.³ Follow the link to see the census image.
