Louis Albert Hill was born on 4 September 1878 in Concord, Morgan County, Illinois.1
Louis married Kathryn Viola Millslagel, daughter of George W. Millslagel and Anna Belle Jacques, on 26 April 1902 in Schuyler County, Illinois.1
He was 23 years old; she was 19 years old.
Louis and Kathryn had at least six children. Only the names of three of these children are known. These children are Lester A., Harold B. and Geraldine.1
Louis died on 18 January 1955 in Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois.1
