     Nellie Price was born circa 1865 in Michigan.2 She was the daughter of Nelson Price and Mary Millslagle.3 In circa 1876, Nellie lived with her parents in Rienzi, Sangamon County, Illinois.3 Nellie, age 15, was enumerated in the household of her parents on the 1880 Federal Census in Cotton Hill, Sangamon County, Illinois.
