Margaretha Bartges ¹

  General Notes:

Margaretha Bartges ids the daughter of Clos Bartges, the younger, of the nearby village of Beuren.

In the autumn of 1632, during the Thirty Years War, Margaretha and eight of their children perished within a five-week period, probably as a direct,or indirect, result of the war. She was buried (as were two of her children) October 16, 1632.

Margaretha married Hans Neu, son of Hans Neu and Efen Unkn, on 26 Jun 1610 in Kleinich, Germany. (Hans Neu was buried on 5 Sep 1635 in Trarbach, Germany ¹.)
