He married Elizabeth HULL September 19, 1700 in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey.⁽³²⁾ Elizabeth was born November 14, 1679 in Piscataway, New Jersey.⁽³³⁾ Elizabeth was the daughter of Samuel HULL and Mary MANNING.

Samuel DOTY and Elizabeth HULL had the following children:

+ 89 i. Samuel⁴ DOTY was born December 12, 1700.

90 ii. Moses DOTY was born in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey August 31, 1702.⁽³⁴⁾ Moses died 1775 at 72 years of age.

91 iii. Joanna DOTY was born in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey November 16, 1704.⁽³⁵⁾

92 iv. Daniel DOTY was born in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey April 5, 1707.⁽³⁶⁾

93 v. John DOTY was born in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey June 4, 1709.⁽³⁷⁾ John died 1757 at 48 years of age.

94 vi. Thomas DOTY was born in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey February 22, 1713/4.⁽³⁸⁾

95 vii. Johannah DOTY was born in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey January 22, 1716/7.⁽³⁹⁾ Johannah died before March 1717/8 in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey.

96 viii. Johannah DOTY was born in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey March 7, 1717/8.⁽⁴⁰⁾

97 ix. Ebenezer DOTY was born in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey July 16, 1720.⁽⁴¹⁾ Ebenezer died circa 1783.

98 x. Mary DOTY was born in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey February 15, 1722/3.⁽⁴²⁾
