12. Phasaelus⁴ (Phasaelus³, Antipater² the Idumean, Antipas¹ ) birth date unknown.

He married Salampsio.⁽⁹⁶⁾ The marriage was made by Herod; he wanted his daughter married to his nephew. Salampsio was the daughter of Herod the Great and Mariamne Hasaemonean.

Phasaelus and Salampsio had the following children:

19 i. Antipater⁵.

20 ii. Herod.

21 iii. Alexander.

22 iv. Alexandra. She married Timius.⁽⁹⁷⁾ They had no children.

He resided in Cyprus.⁽⁹⁸⁾ i0 He was said to be a man of note.⁽⁹⁹⁾

23 v. Cypros. She married Agrippa.⁽¹⁰⁰⁾ Agrippa was the son of Aristobulus and Bernice.
