daughter of Thomas Franklin Wingrove and Vernie Corbin ,
at Williamstown, WV October 1925.
Light refreshments were served at the Wingrove home following the ceremony.
Wiley Baker, remarried, to Rose COLLIER of South Webster, Ohio
and is buried in Portsmouth, Ohio, by her wishes. It was a second marriage for both.

Ruth Elaine Baker ParksRuth Elaine Baker was born April 24, 1931 at Waverly, Wood County, West Virginia and died October 28, 2003 at Mt. Carmel, East Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She had resided in Columbus for many years. Retired from J. C. Penney where she worked in lingerie and as switchboard operator. She was a member of the Penney's Birthday Club and went out to lunch with the girls every Wednesday including the week before she entered the hospital. Ruth had a quick wit and an outgoing personality. She had a way of making each and everyone one she met feel special. It came from her heart. She had many friends and loved to help when she could.
She was the daughter of the late Wiley Robert Baker and Vergie Alfreda Juditha Wingrove Baker. She was married to Howard Blaine Parks who preceded her in death October 23, 1998 .
Surviving her are 4 children: Larry Blaine Parks, daughter in law, Leigh; Diana Elaine Parks and Rodger Voss; Rhonda Joyce Parks and Steve Bowen; Penny Alfreda Parks and and granddaughter Cierra Brodie; grandchildren Joe and Tammy Lesko, children of Rhonda Bowen. Three great grandchildren, Harmony, Cherelle and Mia. Three brothers, Norman Gale and Hazel Stanley Baker, Lyle Eugene and Sharon Baker, Robert Allen and Charlotte Thompson Baker and one sister, Linda Baker Mitchell.
Ruth was buried beside her mother at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, Waverley, WV. November 16, 2003 with graveside services arranged by her Uncle Luther Wingrove

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Ruth E. Parks, 72, of Columbus passed away Oct. 28, 2003.
She is survived by children, Diana (Rodger) Voss of Albany, N.Y., Rhonda (Steve) Bowen and Larry (Lee) Parks, both of Little River, S.C., and Penny Parks of Reynoldsburg; grandchildren, Tammy and Joey Lesko and Ciera Broady; great-grandchildren, Harmony, Cherelle and Mia; brothers, Norman (Hazel), Lyle (Sharon) and Robert (Charlotte) Baker; sister, Linda (Mitch) Mitchell; and many other extended friends and dear family members.
Memorial service will be 7 p.m. Friday at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, where family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until the time of service. The Rev. Dr. William Snider will officiate.
Those who wish may make contributions to the American Diabetes Association, 937 North High St., Worthington, OH 43085.
