LaFargeville-Lewis H. (Si) Robbins 67, Route 2,died Saturday 14 Aug 1982 at the E. J. Noble Hospital Alex. Bay, where he was admitted two days earlier. The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 at the Lafargeville Methodist Church, Rev. Samuel Gilmore, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Omar Cemetery.
Donation may be made to the Lafargeville Ambulance Fund.
Surviving are his wife Ruby; four sons, John and James both of Lafargeville, Gerald , Plessis, and Larry, Watertown; a daughter Caroline, Lafargeville; 14 grandchildren; three grgrandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Charles (Hazel) Vrooman, Calcium, Mrs. Kenneth (Gladys) Thompson, Sackets Harbor, and several nieces and nephews.
Born at Fishers Landing on April 11 1915,a son of John and Cora Prime Robbins, he attended schools in the vicinity. He married Ruby Fitchette, Lafargeville, on June 21 1937.Mr. Robbins was employed at Thousand Island Park until his retirement because of ill health.
