Charles Att Parson was born on 7 February 1891 at Greene Co, PA.. He was the son of Vincent Parson and Emma Belle Anderson. He served with Co.L, 116th Infantry, during WWI. He married Anna Blanche Cumpston, daughter of John Francis Cumpston and Nora Dell Poland, on 30 March 1917. He was a oil and gas driller. He died on 18 March 1973 at Richhill Twp, Greene Co, PA., at age 82.
