The Crooks Family |
|||
According to our research, the origin of the name is Scottish and the Coat
of Arms contains “A red shield with three black inescutcheons on a
silver bend.” The Crest is An arm in armour holding a fleur de lis.
The name may also have come from England or Ireland. I have Census records for all the Crooks in 1790. I also have the records for the Crooks in Ohio from 1810 to 1850. If you need any of these records please contact me. The original work came from Mr. Glenn Crooks and Mary Crooks. We owe you a special thanks. |
