These are books that we have found beneficial to our research.  They are not necessarily written by us, nor do we benefit in any way financially by them.  We thought it would be a good idea to share these resources.

His Brand, The Descendants of Jeremiah Johns (1788 - 1869) of Hamilton County, Florida
Burt E Johns, Arlington, Va did the compilation & preparation.  341 pages, including index & bibliography. Lists descendants of his 12children & data on many. If any one would like a copy , email me. $15 + $5 s/h. Vera  Mallon

"James Hart and his descendants," by Charles Gerton Hart, 1976, 435 pp., Allied Printing Inc., Jacksonville, FL, avail. (in 1998, and presumably still) from Marian P. Hart (Chas.' widow),
1545 Parrish Pl., Jacksonville, FL 32205 for $22.50.
I quote from p. 10: "JOHN HART (ca1800-1845) [this is my GG-GF. CNS] Married: Eliza JOHNS, born January 22, 1806. She was the daughter of Robert and Francis [sic] JOHNS.
The errors I have found in it are errors of omission of various individuals, but not errors of fact about those he does include.  Collier Nash Smith Lafayette, Colorado

"Youngblood - Armstrong and Allied Families" written by Frances Youngblood and Floelle Youngblood Bonner. Mrs. Bonner was also a certified genealogists. This book is in the Library of Congress, Catalogue Card Number 62-16376, Copyright 1962. Johns information found in Chapter 15, pages 269-283. Information on Eliza Johns and John Hart on pages 275-277. John R. Johns/Margaret E. Johns  The Frances that married Robert Johns was Frances Clark(e), daughter of John Clark(e). Do not know his wife's name. Information on Robert and Frances Clark(e)
