One of the daughters - probably Bessie or Helen, married Elmer Barnett. Their granddaughter has had autosomal DNA testing at Ancestry and apparently we have a small match.

James William Robert JONES and Gertrude M KIDWELL were married on 4 September 1910 in Phelps County, Missouri. Gertrude M KIDWELL was born about 1895 in Missouri. She died on 19 April 1966 at the age of 71 in Muskogee, Muskogee County, Oklahoma.

Gertrude was 45 and widowed, working as a seamstress for the WPA. She lived with daughter Ruth, age 23, and her husband Robert Stogsdill, age 30. They had one son, Robert, age 2. Gertrude's three youngest children were also in the household - Carl Jones, 16, Bessie, 11, and Helen, age 8.

854	iv.	Ruth JONES was born on 25 December 1916 in Phelps County, Missouri. She died on 4 August 1996 at the age of 79. Married Robert Stogsdill.
855	v.	Sidney Wilbert JONES was born on 16 April 1919 in Phelps County, Missouri. He died on 21 August 1960 at the age of 41 in Rolla, Phelps County, Missouri.
