1751: At the end of the granary is a stone inscribed I A M 1751 for John and Mary Arnold. |

After 1751 Bradney Arnold ap Arnold (the second so called) seems to have mortgaged the Hendre and Llwyn-ffranc to Barnard Davies, an attorney in Abergavenny, who foreclosed and took possession. |
