Flag Presentation.--Concert Hall was crowded last evening, on the occasion of the presentation of a suit of flags to the 95th [sic] Regiment, P. V., Colonel Gregory. An address was made by Prof. Saunders, in which he referred to the important services of the regiment in the past two years. The presentation address was made by Ex-Gov. Pollock, in which he stated that the flags were the gift of the ladies of Philadelphia.
