Sentence of Court Martial

To forfeit to the U.S. of America all pay and allowances which are now due or may hereafter become due to him, as a Soldier; to make good the time lost by desertion by serving in the Armies of the United States in such positions as may be assigned him by the General Commanding the 1st Division 5th Corps for a period equal to the time of his absence and then to be dishonourably discharged from the service of the United States
