17 Apr 1813 captured the French privateer Invincible.

Falmouth 7 May 1813 Spoke with the Duke of Montrose packet on the 5th in lat 48.32 long. 7. 28, from off the Western Isles, bound to Plymouth.

Plymouth 8 May 1813 arrived last evening from the Western Isles off which she has been cruizing with the squadron under the command of R.Adm. Lord A Beauclerk. The Mutine, in her passage, fell in with and captured, after an action of three hours, the French corvette l'Invincible, of 18 guns, which passed up Channel yesterday for Portmsouth.

Plymouth 22 Jun 1813 departed for Falmouth for convoy duties.

Falmouth 6 Aug 1813 Put back with the North American convoy due to contrary winds.

The Acadian Recorder reports that Albion departed Falmouth 9 Aug 1813, in company with the Talbot, Primrose, and Mutine, and convoy for N. America, who were seen on the Banks on 15 Sep., and all well.

Portsmouth 23 Nov 1813 arrived from Quebec with the remains of her convoy, the rest becoming scattered in a fog off the banks of Newfoundland.

Isles of Scilly 30 Sep 1814 Came in from the West Indies, bound to Plymouth, and will take convoy from hence up channel.

Portsmouth 10 Oct 1814 arrived from Cork.

Portsmouth 27 Oct 1814 Is paid off.

Portsmouth 4 Nov 1814 Is in dock refitting.

Portsmouth 3 Jan 1816 arrived from Cork.

Plymouth 25 Jan 1816 departed with the sloops Martin and Pandora.

Plymouth 13 Jul 1816 Preparing for the forthcoming Algerine Expedition.

28 Jul 1816 departed as a part of a fleet of 19 vessels from Plymouth Sound, for Gibraltar and the bay of Algiers.

9 Aug 1816 the fleet arrived at Gibraltar, where it joined the Dutch squadron, which had arrived the previous evening, and which, it was agreed, would join the expedition. Whilst at Gibraltar the fleet was victualled and preparations made for the forthcoming battle, with gunnery practice &c. taking place.

27 Aug 1816 circa 1400 hours, no reply having been received to Lord Exmouth's demands, the ships of the fleet took up their stations and the Battle of Algiers commenced, ceasing about 2200 hours. Account of casualties. Account of powder and shot expended. Conferences &c. held with the Dey following the battle regards the demands of the allies and settlements made : honours and awards.
