1860 Devonport

12 Mar 1862, is at Mozambique when the Gorgon arrives from the River Congoni, having been assisting Dr. Livingstone. The Pantaloon has been aground in Pemba Bay, has bent her screw, has lost her false and main keels, and her rudder is badly damaged and useless, plus she's leaky.

15 Jan 1863 Bombay. Commissioned.

1864 Cape of Good Hope and East Indies station. Medical report : fever onboard : number of Cases of Disease and Injury.
