Circa 27 Jun 1803 Capt Dunbar, apptd in command of the Poulette.

31 Jul 1803 came down from Hamoaze, into the Plymouth Sound the Argus, 18, Hon Capt King ; Poulette, 20, Capt Dunbar ; La Mancheron, 18, Capt Howes.

4 Aug 1803 departed Plymouth Sound this morning, but before she had cleared the port was called back by signal.

5 Aug 1803 arrived at Falmouth, with troops on board for the Scilly Isles.

20 Oct 1803 departed Plymouth, Poulette, Capt Dunbar.

21 Nov 1803 arrived Plymouth this evening from a cruise on the coast of France having reportedly captured some chasse mar�es en route from one French port to another, receiving little damage except for the fluke of her anchor being shot away.

29 Jan 1804 arrived Spithead from a cruise.

28 Feb 1804 departed Spithead, with a convoy from Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, for Oporto, the Poulette, Capt Dunbar.

Circa 7 Aug 1804 sailed past Portsmouth with the Lisbon convoy for the Downs.

10 Aug 1804 arrived Spithead from seeing the Lisbon convoy safe to the Downs.

9 Sep 1804 departed Spithead, for off Havre.

Circa 22 Sep 1804 sent into Portsmouth harbour the Flora, bound from Havre to Lisbon, by the Poulette, Capt Dunbar.

28 Sep 1804 departed Spithead for the Coast of France.

8 Oct 1804 arrived Spithead, the Poulette, from the coast of France.

12 Oct 1804 7 men and an officer belonging to the Polyphemus were in a boat which upset when the boat was returning to the ship at Spithead, from Haslar Hospital. Fortunately a boat was sent from the Poulette, who had observed the accident, and along with a wherry which was close by when the accident happened, they were able to rescue the officer and men, who were taken on board the Gladiator where they received due attention.

13 Oct 1804 departed Spithead on a cruise.

14 Nov 1804 departed Oporto with a convoy of 51 vessels for England.

21 Dec 1804 arrived Spithead, the Poulette, 24, Capt Dunbar, from Oporto, last from the Downs.
