This would have placed Walter born 1820-30.

Can anyone identify this man? He does not appear to be any who are indexed in the McC Gen, 1904. He has an elderly mother or mother-in-law with him, age 50-60. This would have placed her born in the 1780s. Where were they in 1850? Need to check to see if he is indeed, a McClung.
