This indenture made the 23rd day of August 1832 between Richard G. Dunlap of Knoxville E. TN of the one part and Jno McGhee of Monroe Co., TN, Matthew McClung of Knoxville, E. TN of the other part . . . for $4,280 conveyed to John McGhee and Matthew McClung the undivided fourth part of all those tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the county of Habersham . . . in the third district, no 37; East 1/2 of No. 36, S.W. 1/2 of No. 90 and the south half of 91, the one-fifth part of a ten year lease on lot #68 . . .
