1874, dau. of Edwin Bowman Erb. Charles continues his
father's business,
which he has very considerably enlarged, adding to it
the Avon Rolling Mill.
He is a director of the Myerstown Trust Co., Myerstown,
Pa., President
of the Peoples' National Bank, of Lebanon, and an active
Republican. He is
a representative of the best type of business men. Children:

VII. SAMUEL R. WEISS, afore, m. Blanche Osborn. He was
an early pros-
pector in Alaska and holds considerable mining interests
there. His address
is Chatanike, Alaska. He has no children.
VII. DR. ALFRED S. WEISS, afore, m. Oct. 21, 1903, to
Pauline E. Mil-
ler. He took preparatory course in Willeston College,
East Hampton, Mass.;
graduated from Albright College, Myerstown, Pa.; took
biological course in
the University of Pa.; was graduated from the Medico-Chirurgical
College,
Phila., in 1903. He is now practicing in Lebanon, Pa.;
is senior surgeon at
the Good Samaritan Hospital, of that city; and is a member
of the Lebanon
County Medical Hospital, of that city; and is a member
of the Lebanon
County Medical Society. He resides at 630 Chestnut St.,
Lebanon. One

Michael. He was a merchant in Kleinfeltersville, Leb.
Co., Pa.,
where he died. Mar. 21, 1899 his widow married to J.
Henry
Bennetch of the same place. James had three children:

VII. WILFORD C. ROYER, afore, is unmarried; is a train

Barbara Secrist,
b. Mar. 9, 1758; d. Feb. 15, 1812; received the upper
part of his father's
farm, now the Reist farm at Buffalo Springs, Leb. Co.,
on a corner of which
both are buried; had a considerable family; son of
HENRY WEISS, perhaps the immigrant, who bought a farm
of 230 acres
in Heidelburg Twp., now Leb. Co., Feb. 21, 1750; likely
died late in 1766, as
letters of administration were granted the widow Magdalene,
Jan. 7,
1767; another son Christian, who received the "built"
part of the farm, also
several daughters.
