C.E. HELM
Age 23, single, residence in Huntington. No previous experience. In case of injury notify father, S.D. Helm, Crawfordsville, Ind., also mother, Mrs. Ella B. Helm, Huntington. Enters service as brakeman, Western Division, Nov. 27th, 1895.

Called his attention particularly to Rules 202 to 208 inclusive. Discharged to reduce the force, May 20th, 1896. (Reemployed). Suspended 10 days from Feb. 7th for not keeping a closer lookout for markers on 90, Jan. 29th, 1897. Resigned Aug. 27th, 1897.
