CHARLES KLUMPP
Age 25, married, no children. Formerly employed Huntington Car Shops for 10 years and transferred to Transportation Department by P. Fox's permission, Nov. 14th, 1899 and placed as extra freight brakeman, Chicago Division, after putting in two weeks riding trains. His attention called particularly to Rules 202-208 inclusive and Rule 228 on Nov. 1, 1899. Resigned Jan. 19th, 1900.
