F.F. MOORE
Entered service as brakeman, April 30, 1890, formerly with LS&MS Railway 11 years as switchtender, brakeman and conductor. Eight years with N.R. Railway, Kaw Valley Division, brakeman and conductor two years. Residence Brookville, Saline County, Kansas, age 41, married.

Promoted to extra freight conductor July 26, 1890. Suspended 10 days from Jan. 19th for failure to report accident to his train, Jan. 10, 1891. Suspended 10 days for failure to fill out to a full train at North Judson on 4th 81, April 23, 1893. Suspended 7 days for not moving car repairer's flag after placing cars ahead of same at North Judson, April 24th, 1893. Suspended 10 days from Aug. 24th for being partly responsible for 2nd 82 colliding with his train (1st 82) at Disko, Aug. 23, 1893. He did not start flag out soon enough.

Reprimanded for causing 8 minutes delay to PCC&StL passenger train #45 at North Judson, March 9, 1894, by unloading way freight at station from No. 31. Suspended 7 days for hauling O&M ED 9967 from North Judson to Huntington on wrong bill in No. 82, Oct. 8, 1894. Suspended 10 days for making a running switch with Keystone Horse Car 755, loaded with a race horse at Akron on No. 87, July 28th, 1895. Suspended 7 days from July 31 for failure to fill out to a full train at Hammond on No. 85, July 21, 1896. Suspended 7 days for backing off derail switch at Hammond on 2nd 84, Nov. 30, 1896. Suspended one round trip for handling HRL 0116 in 2nd 90, March 20, 1897, same in effect April 9. Suspended one round trip from April 12th for handling MRL 6120 from Chicago to Huntington on bill for ARL 6120 in 2nd 90 of March 27th, 1897.

On Nov. 10th, 1901, as conductor of 3rd 86 with engine 774 (rated 3050 tons) was given 3220 tons out of 51st Street. Stalled pulling in Highlands, holding No. 13 eight minutes and used so much time between Griffith and Crown Point that he held No. 12 fourteen minutes. Should have figured up his train before leaving Hammond and notified Supt's office that engine was overloaded. He figured up train between Hammond and Highlands but did not report that he was overloaded until they arrived at Crown Point. File #977.
