Age 22, single. Resides 8315 S. Halstead St., Chicago. In case of injury, notify his father, George McBeath Sr. at above address. No previous railroad experience. Put in 8 days learning the road and work. Enters the service as freight brakeman, Jan. 12th, 1898.

His attention called particularly to Rules 202 and 208, also 228. Discharged to reduce the force, July 25th, 1898. Reemployed Aug. 28, 1898. Resigned Jan. 28, 1901.
