Suspended 15 days June 3rd for pulling out on main track against 4th section of No. 86 at Kouts, when he had orders to meet there at Kouts. Centured for not stopping train at Hammond before reaching switch derailing engine and one car, account of expanded switch rail. Discharged July 23 for overlooking orders to meet 2nd 98 at Highlands with 3rd 83, July 18th. Trains met between Huntington and Highlands. See record against Conductor C.E. Benedict. Suspended 30 days June 28 for running on time of No. 363 (Wabash 56) from Pullman Jct. to State Line.
